“Good Bones” is composed of multiple layered patterns, an evolution of my polka-dot work and an answer to the question, “What if I make the polka-dots HUGE?” A subtle background of vintage/reused materials and visible brushstrokes give this piece a ton of texture and visual interest up close.
30x30” acrylic, pencil, and collage (fabric and paper) on canvas, sealed with satin varnish.
